Insights brings together thousands of business partners from across North America, representing nearly all Sage Software products and services.
The VoIP AddOn seamlessly integrates Sage's ACT! solution with BroadSoft's carrier-grade BroadWorks VoIP application platform, the platform of choice among leading service providers for the delivery of hosted telephony and unified communications. The VoIP AddOn solution enables call management capabilities within ACT!.
The VoIP AddOn for ACT! was developed as part of the BroadSoft Xtended program, a Web 2.0 initiative to add voice features to business and consumer applications. C3IP and CRM Addon Factory, an ACT! addon developer, used the BroadWorks APIs to create the VoIP AddOn. C3IP will conduct live demos of the VoIP AddOn throughout the Insights 2008 event in Booth 320.
C3IP also announced today that it is now a Valued Vendor of Sage, offering discounted telephony services to Sage Business Partners.
