In his position at ATCOM, Hays is responsible for increasing sales and promotion of Mitel products, as well as providing customer support. He has more than 27 years experience in the industry, and spent 18 years in various positions with Mitel prior to joining ATCOM. A native of Florida, Hays resides in Concord with his wife and three children.
