Literary & Little : Textnovel Prize Winner "13 to Life" Released by St. Martin's Press
|
| on 2010/7/6 9:00:00 (68 reads) |
(Reriani Communications) --- Shannon Delany's first book, "13 to Life", was released by St. Martin's Griffin on June 22, 2010 and is available at bookstores everywhere. It can also be ordered at Barnes & Noble or Amazon and many other online bookstores. The author got her big break when she won the first-ever online cell phone novel contest in the western world at Textnovel.com. "I'm a Cyber Cinderella," Delany confesses. "If it hadn't been for Textnovel.com, I'd probably still be just poking at my story ideas instead of seeing my first novel--the first in a series being published by a major NYC house--released today."
13 to Life, which has been called, "your next fiction addiction," by bestselling author Ann Aguirre and "a new spin on an old legend," by NYT bestseller Maria V. Snyder is already being enjoyed by readers of all ages. "From nine years old to those in their forties and fifties--it seems like it gives people a much needed escape," Delany says. "And that's what I hope it does: Give people an escape and encourage them to ask the questions the narrator, and her behavior, raises."

Literary & Little : How to Choose a Professional Copywriting Service Provider
|
| on 2010/6/14 10:20:00 (75 reads) |
(Reriani Communications) --- Website content plays another very important part in your online business - it either attracts visitors and converts them into customers or buyers of your product or scares them and forces them to leave your website in disgust. Well, to tell the truth the primary objective of your website's content is too sell what you offer, this is why some of the website owners pay much attention to the aspect of online marketing.
Actually before searching for copywriting companies on web, you should think over couple of things to make a right choice which suites you particular needs. First of all think of the budget, name how much money you are ready to invest in copywriting for your website and what exactly you need, what type of content (landing pages, press releases, how to articles, product reviews, etc). If you are running huge search engine marketing and search engine optimization campaigns you would probably need lots of fresh content for different purposes. If you have a limited budget, then you should think of what is more important for you and how many percent of the whole budget you can invest into what is the most important for you.

Literary & Little : A Poetic Toast to Post 1863 America the Beautiful
|
| on 2010/5/14 23:00:00 (66 reads) |
(Reriani Communications)--- Moved by America’s complex issues on racial inequality, author-poet Thomasena Martin-Johnson pens a daring anthology entitled Post 1863 America the Beautiful, released through Xlibris. Readers will witness, through Johnson’s poetic verses, the struggling condition of African Americans, in a country they helped build.
Post 1863 America the Beautiful is an influential collection of poems reflecting a world as seen through the eyes of a person who has questioned the “accepted” definition of both African American or Native American men and women. It explores how both relate to each other by trying to fulfill the broken dreams and search for their identity.
Its theme revolves around the effect of the contradictions that African Americans and native people face as they trudge through a world that denies them equal access. The book also includes images that tell who these American Africans and Native Americans are and what Americans refuse to recognize. Crafted with creative rhyme and rhythm, Post 1863 America the Beautiful shares to readers who Americans really are, and how they react when faced with adversity. Post 1863 America the Beautiful will be featured in the 2010 BookExpo America Book Exhibit in New York, NY, which will run May 25-27, 2010.

Literary & Little : Kashmiri literature receives boost in exile
|
| on 2010/5/4 12:40:00 (67 reads) |
(Reriani Communications)--- THE LITERATURE in exile, written by Kashmiri Pandit writers has received a tremendous boost during two decades of their exile. Most of the writers and poets belonging to the community have been portraying their grief and pathos through their literature and also yearning to go back to their roots.
Since the mass migration of 1990, about 200 books have been written by Kashmiri Pandit writers. A general pattern of such literature reveals that the migrant writers and poets have also cursed all those bad moments when they had to forcibly leave their homes and hearths.
Before migration of Kashmiri Pandits from the valley, there were in fact very few writers amongst the community to add to the Kashmiri literature. However, since 1990, a number of promising poets and writers have emerged, who have mainly touched Kashmir and the fallout of migration in their literature in exile. Interestingly, about a dozen female poets and writers have emerged who have contributed to the literature in exile.

Literary & Little : How to Turn Your Book Signing into a Sell-Out!
|
| on 2008/5/10 4:00:00 (262 reads) |
(Reriani Communications)-- Everyone loves a successful book signing! When I had my very first book signing it was a total flop! Well, maybe not totally, the book store did order six books and I did sell two of them! But success comes after failure only if you try again.
So what went wrong? I asked myself. Several things went wrong. First, I didn't invite anyone to come to the book signing; I didn't have any promotional material with me; I barely spoke to the customers because I "foolishly" thought they would all run up to my table to see what the book and author were all about, and the worst thing I did, was to stay sitting behind that little table for the whole two hours! Wrong -- wrong -- wrong.

| on 2007/10/25 2:44:06 (515 reads) |
The Amazon Merchant @ programme is by invitation only to select retailers and AuctionAssist users now have the capacity to fully-exploit Amazon to sell their goods to a potential customer base of over 70 million active accounts worldwide.
Merchant @ status provides additional functionality not available under a standard listing, which maximises customer sales and includes an Amazon-branded store front and the ability to sell a significantly wider range of goods than standard retailers.
AuctionAssist, a wholly owned subsidiary of ArgentVive plc, has already quickly established itself as one of eBays largest sellers of electrical items and is now seen as a key online merchant. Amazon has seen exceptional growth in its sale of electrical items and this new deal will enable AuctionAssist to increase sales with current relationships, as well as allowing the company to become an Amazon sales facilitator, offering the service of a Merchant @ Amazon shop to third parties who would not otherwise have the ability to sell on Amazon.
